Delivery time

It will take approximately 2-5 business days for you to receive your sleep memory pillow from the time we process your order. If there is a holiday, it will be postponed. Details are as follows:
1) It usually takes us 1-2 business days to process your order.
2) For orders shipped via UPS Express, our shipping time is 1-3 business days.
Note: If you do not receive your sleep memory pillow within 6 business days after placing your order, please contact our customer service Monique Howard at [email protected] and we will arrange a refund or resend for you.

Order processing time

After you successfully place an order, our team will process the order within 1-2 business days. Order processing includes inventory checking, product packaging and preparation for shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with order details and estimated ship date once your order has been processed.
Sleepmasterhome.com order processing hours are Monday through Friday/12:00 AM to 8:00 PM (CST).
Orders placed after 8:00pm Monday to Thursday will be prioritized for processing at 12:00am the next business day.
Orders placed after 7:00pm (CST) on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. (Orders will not be processed during holidays)

Shipment service

We work with our reliable shipping partner, UPS Express, to ensure your products are properly handled during shipping. We currently only sell in the continental United States, so our shipping time generally takes 1-3 business days.
Please note that shipping times are only estimates and actual conditions may vary due to weather, traffic and other factors.

Transportation costs

We provide reasonable shipping costs for orders, with a shipping fee of $5 per order.
If the total amount of your single order exceeds $200, we will provide you with free shipping and no shipping fees.

Shipping notice

Once your order is ready and shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email. The email will contain the order’s tracking number and related logistics information, allowing you to track your package at any time.

About packaging

Our packaging process is carefully designed and uses high-quality bubble bags to ensure that the memory pillow is fully protected during transportation.
In order to provide more convenient after-sales service, we have added an additional return label. This label is important for users as it provides an easy and transparent return process. If you are not satisfied with the product or need to return it, just check the detailed instructions on the return label and you will easily know how to return it and enjoy our refund or replacement service.
Of course, we must remind you to keep the return label and original packaging. If you are not satisfied with our sleep memory pillow later, you will use them when returning it.

About product receipt

We recommend that you sign for receipt in person. If someone else signs for it, please make sure your package is not lost.
Before signing for the product, it is recommended that you take the following steps to ensure that the product is in good condition and provide the best shopping experience:
1. Appearance inspection: Check the packaging appearance of the product in front of the courier. If the package is damaged, deformed or wet in any way, please raise an objection to the courier before signing for it and record the problem in detail on the receipt
2. Check the quantity: Check whether the product quantity is consistent with the order. Check the goods list or delivery note provided by the courier to ensure that you have received the correct quantity of product.
3. Unpacking inspection: In the presence of the courier, open the package and carefully inspect the product itself for any damage or defects.
4. Check the order information: Check the label on the product and the order information on the packaging to ensure that the product model, color, etc. are consistent with your order.
5. Sign for confirmation: After confirming that everything is normal, sign on the receipt for confirmation. Please note that your signature indicates that you have carefully inspected the product and found no obvious problems.

Who is responsible for paying sales tax?

We do not charge consumption tax. If consumption tax occurs, customers need to pay it themselves.

How to modify order information?

As orders are processed quickly, we recommend that you check your personal information before placing your order.
If you need to modify the order information after successful payment, please modify the order information directly on the order details page within 30 minutes after placing the order.
If it has been more than 30 minutes since the order was placed, but the order status has not been processed or shipped, please contact our customer service Monique Howard immediately: [email protected]. We will assist you in modifying your personal information. Once the modification is successful, you will receive a new confirmation email containing your latest information.
If your order is in the shipping stage and the information cannot be modified at this time, we will try our best to contact the logistics company. If the address information cannot be modified, we will re-ship the same product to you and recall the previous package.
