How to cancel the order?

If you have placed an order for a sleep memory pillow and wish to cancel the order, please cancel the order in your account orders details within 30 minutes of placing the order.
Our business hours are Monday-Friday/12:00AM-8:00PM(CST). Please note that we do not process weekend orders. If you place your order after 8:00pm on Friday, your order will be processed starting at 12:00am on the following Monday.
Please note that orders can be canceled within 30 minutes after successful payment. The order will begin the packaging process after 30 minutes and cannot be canceled. You can choose to contact us to arrange a return for you after receiving the sleep memory pillow.
After the order is canceled, we will refund the full amount to your account within 1-2 business days.

Return

At SleepMasterHome, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sleep pillow purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your product, we’re here to help with our hassle-free return policy. Please read the following guide to understand our returns process:

1. Return conditions
1) You can only apply for return within 45 natural days after you receive the product.
2) The sleep memory pillow is in original or lightly used condition, with no obvious traces of man-made damage.
3) The sleep memory pillow must be returned in the original packaging, and our return label must be included in the package (the return label is included in the package).
4) If there are other gifts, accessories and manuals, please return them as well.

2. How to apply for return
1) Please contact our dedicated customer service representative, Monique Howard, at [email protected].
2) Please request a return via your account orders information on our website.

3. Return shipping fee
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to product defects or other quality issues in the sleep memory pillow due to our errors, in which case we will bear the return shipping costs.

4. Return process
1) Please contact our customer Monique Howard to request a return by sending an email to [email protected]. You can also apply for a return through the account order information page.
2) Please ensure that the sleep memory pillow is packaged securely in the original packaging and include the provided return label in the package. Return product in its original packaging to: 409 E 1st St, Campbellsville, Kentucky, 42718
After shipping your return, please send a return notification email to [email protected] with the shipping company name and tracking number.
Once we receive your returned Sleep Memory Pillow, we will initiate the full refund process. Refunds will be issued within 1-2 business days (including the $5 shipping fee included in the order).

Exchange

1.Exchange conditions

1) Within 45 natural days after you receive the sleep memory pillow product, you can apply for an exchange at any time if necessary.
2) Please note that we only accept exchange requests for sleep memory pillows purchased on Sleepmasterhome.com.
3) We only support exchanges between sleep memory pillows of the same type, and each order can only be exchanged once, unless it is due to quality problems with our sleep memory pillows, or because of the wrong product, transportation error, etc.
4) When you send back the sleep memory pillow that needs to be replaced, please be sure to keep the original packaging and accessories, such as instructions, gifts, and return labels. The exchange process can be handled more smoothly for you. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

2.Exchange process

1) If you need to replace your sleep memory pillow within 45 natural days of receipt, please contact our customer service representative Monique Howard to request an exchange by sending an email to [email protected]. You can also apply for an exchange through the account orders information page.
2) Please repackage your Sleep Memory Pillow in its original packaging and return it to: 409 E 1st St, Campbellsville, Kentucky, 42718.
3) Once your Sleep Memory Pillow has been shipped, please send an exchange notification email to [email protected] and include the shipping company name and tracking number.
4) After receiving your mailed Sleep Memory Pillow, we will ship your new Sleep Memory Pillow within 2 business days. Thank you for your patience.
Note: During the exchange process, if the exchange is due to your own personal reasons, you will need to pay the freight yourself. For other exchanges due to quality problems or our mistakes, we will bear the freight. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund time

1) If the refund is due to the cancellation of the order, the full refund will be returned to your account within 1-2 business days after the order is successfully canceled.
2) If the refund is due to a return, the refund will be issued within 1-2 business days after the returned sleep memory pillow reaches our warehouse.
